• Provide and maintain the Service, including generation history and balance tracking.
• Process payments and manage your token balance.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Improve the Service and develop new features.
• Send important service notifications (not marketing).

3. Data Storage

• Your data is stored on secure servers.
• Generation history (prompts, results) is stored for your convenience and may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
• Uploaded files (images, audio, video) are stored on cloud storage (S3-compatible) and may be deleted after processing.
• Payment records are retained as required by law.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to provide the Service:

• AI model providers: Your prompts and uploaded files may be sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., Kie.ai, PiAPI, GoAPI, Suno, HeyGen) for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies.
• OAuth providers: We receive limited profile information from your chosen login provider.
• Payment processors: Payment data is handled by T-Bank, Robokassa, YooKassa, Stripe, CryptoCloud, or NOWPayments. We do not store your card details.
• Cloud storage: Generated content and uploads are stored on S3-compatible cloud storage.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only:

• With third-party AI providers to process your generation requests.
• With payment processors to handle transactions.
• When required by law or legal process.
• To protect our rights, safety, or property.

6. Your Rights

• Access your personal data through your profile and generation history.
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
• Export your generation history.
• Hide specific generations from your history.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to save:

• Authentication token (JWT)
• Language preference
• Theme preference (dark/light)

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Security

We implement reasonable security measures including HTTPS encryption, JWT authentication, and secure API key management. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
