neuralbox.ru is an AI content generation platform that provides access to various neural network models for text, image, video, music generation, audio transcription, and video translation.

3. User Accounts

• You may sign in using third-party OAuth providers (Google, Yandex, VK, GitHub, Telegram, TikTok).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
• You must not share your API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account.

4. Token System & Payments

• The Service uses a token-based billing system. Tokens are deducted for each generation request.
• Tokens can be purchased via bank card (RUB/USD) or cryptocurrency.
• Purchased tokens are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Generate CSAM or any content depicting minors in inappropriate situations.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.
• Use automated means to abuse the Service beyond normal API usage.

6. Generated Content

• You retain rights to content generated through the Service, subject to the terms of underlying AI model providers.
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
• We may store generation history for service functionality and may delete it after a reasonable period.

7. API Usage

• API keys are provided for programmatic access to the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity under your API keys.
• We may rate-limit or suspend API access to prevent abuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Generation results depend on third-party AI models and we cannot guarantee their accuracy, quality, or availability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
